Il nostro team è composto da esperti di meditazione che da molti anni conoscono e trasmettono la pratica meditativa nelle sue varie forme. Abbiamo pensato di presentarveli con l'intento di trasmettere l'idea che la pratica meditativa non può definirsi razionalmente in due parole ma piuttosto si comprende facendone diretta esperienza.
Ogni risposta che ascolterai, non esclude ma completa le altre. Ciò cui aspiriamo è che sia tu stesso a scoprire di persona le risposte a queste, e tante altre domande. Ascoltali nei video.
